Park sign on Rt. 116 for East Cavalry Field. Driving from center of town this sign will appear on your left about 3.5 miles down Rt. 116. Sign needs a good paint job so drive slow so you can spot it!
This is the first monument you'll pass on the way in. Army of the Potomac Cavalry Corp 2nd Division 3rd Brigade.
The second monument you'll pass on the way in to the Army of the Potomac Cavalry Corp 1st Brigade Horse Artillery.

Monument to the 1st Regiment Maryland Cavalry.
I believe that this monument to the Michigan Cavalry that Custer commanded is the largest monument on East Cavalry Field. Note the farm house on the left in the distance. East Cavalry Field is in the middle of a working farm as you'll see in subsequent pictures.
